We are Eticor

Since February 1, 2023, we have been proudly bearing our new name Eticor and sporting a new look. Our new compliance management software also bears the name Eticor. This step marked the start of a new growth phase for our company.

Site expansion in Cologne

The companies operating under the umbrella of QUiNFOS offer digital products, data and services with the aim of increasing market transparency and providing a framework for legally compliant action. DuMont can look back on a history of over 400 years and is today a broad-based media and technology company with over 2,500 employees at eight locations worldwide. With its three divisions Regional Media, Marketing Technology and Business Information, DuMont is on course for digital growth. All business units operate independently, but are closely linked by a common purpose and shared values.

Compliance crosses borders. New laws are coming into force more and more frequently and country-specific requirements are becoming more and more complex. This applies in particular to the Chinese legal system, which is increasingly implementing the "rule of law". The Corporate Social Credit System poses challenges for Chinese companies. International subsidiaries are being subjected to more and more external audits that require comprehensive compliance documentation. We have therefore set up our own branch in China in order to cope with local requirements, cultural differences and language requirements.

Site expansion in Leipzig

The demand for a legally compliant organizational structure and compliance management software is constantly increasing, as is the need for legal project managers. Martin Mantz decides to expand and opens a branch in Leipzig. But why Leipzig?  There was a choice between Berlin and Leipzig, but Leipzig was given priority due to its better transport links to the head office in Grosswallstadt. It was always important to Martin Mantz that the teams were well connected and able to work in an agile manner despite the different locations.

New Work

The company relocates to a modern office building in Grosswallstadt and introduces value-oriented corporate management with the inclusion of self-organization. Key building blocks were the development of a positive communication culture and later the professional coaching of employees' strengths.

2010

Change of the company name to Martin Mantz GmbH

The company moves from Hamburg to Niedernberg (Bavaria) and changes its name. Martin Mantz uses the good reputation of his name and integrates it into the new company name: Martin Mantz GmbH. The reason for the change of name was the new strategic orientation with the aim of making compliance easy to understand and approachable for everyone.

GEORG geht in die Cloud

2008

GEORG goes cloudbased

The continuous growth of group customers with numerous branches made it necessary to switch to the cloud. This measure was necessary to ensure centralized management of all legal regulations. In addition, the economic component played a key role in this decision, as the necessary legal expertise was not available in the individual staff departments and would have had to be built up within the corporate structures.

2000

GEORG development

Many employees in companies often felt overwhelmed by the increasing number of ever more complex laws, regulations and official requirements and unsure of how to implement them. In addition, more and more customers and authorities were demanding proof of compliance with legal regulations. With the development of the compliance management software "GEORG", which in german stands for court-proof organization, Martin Mantz has created an efficient and user-friendly software solution.

Founding

Martin Mantz founds Audit Consult GmbH in Hamburg. The core of his business idea was the legally compliant organization of compliance regulations as well as the digital and simple implementation of internal audits and approval procedures in companies.
