In an initial call, we will find out together whether we are a good fit for each other and whether you meet the technical requirements.

You will meet your future team. In a culture check, we will discuss your strengths, our corporate values, and whether you would like to embrace New Work together with us. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities in a tryout.

Your personal mentor will guide you through a structured onboarding process tailored to your role and development—step by step.
